HM60 Anti - explosive Pressure Transducer
Description
HM60 series of anti - explosive pressure transducer is specially designed for high – explosive dangerous site, which may provide stable and accurate measurement under an absolute pressure, gauge pressure, and differential pressure from -100KPa to 200MPa. It has welded the existing German HELM made multi – crystalline silicon film sensing element together with the enclosure using welding technology to accommodate the individualization of needs for the different users and it may keep all the features of the genuine HELM pressure sensing chip. It is designed with diversified built – in amplification circuit and may be provided with M 20 x 1.5 or G1 / 2 internal thread explosion – proof flexible tube connector.

Application of Product
Details
HM60 series of anti - explosive pressure transducer features good performance, small dimensions, flexible design. It features very high ratio of performance to cost and long service life comparing with traditional explosion – proof transducer. It may widely be used for such fields as oilfield, mining well, chemical, electric power, boiler, and natural gas etc. HM60 – E type of pressure transducer is of intrinsically safe explosion – proof pressure transducer, with an explosion – proof marking of Ex ia II CT5, of which explosion – proof certificate of conformity number is CNEx07.0988. It features stable and reliable performance supporting with repetitive type of safety energy limiter or safety barrier. HM60 – D type of pressure transducer is explosion – isolating type of pressure transducer, with an explosion – proof marking of Ex d II CT6, of which explosion – proof certificate of conformity number is CNEx08.2405. HM60 – ED type of pressure transducer is explosion – isolating type of pressure transducer, with an explosion – proof marking of Ex d II CT5, Ex d II CT6, without safety barrier when installing and operating, with simple operation, safety, and reliability.

Tips of Selection
- The medium to be measured shall be compatible with the material contacting with the product.
- The code E, an additional functional code for selection, and intrinsically safe explosion-proof Ex ia II CT5 must be power supplied via safety barrier.
- The code D, an additional functional code for selection and explosion-isolating Ex ia II CT6 must be preferably provided with explosion – proof flexible hose for the electrical power on the downstream of it.
- The options W1 and W4 is for general type of structural encapsulation, which is only used for HM60 – E intrinsically safe explosion – proof pressure transducer.
- HM60 – ED intrinsically safe explosion – isolating pressure transducer is unnecessarily provided with safety barrier when the system is operating.
